Raya 2009

today is 28th September 2009...
1 week after raya..
3 years raya without my beloved mum..and 11 years without my beloved dad..
i'm the youngest from 4..brother and 2 sisters..
my bro and one of my sis already married...only me and my "weirdo" sis still single..but i'm not available..hehhe..my sis..maybe she is..
so..this year my cousin bertunang la plak mase raye..on 3rd Syawal..
before continue with the bertunang story..let me tell you how i am celebrate hari raya without parent..

i hv my final exam 2 weeks before raya.. so officially i hv early holiday..one weeks before raya laa..i was not looking for any ticket raya coz my holiday start early so shouldn't be a problem i guess..then..on friday, the last day of my exam my sister ask me whether i bought a ticket bus or not..i'm very lucky..my uncle come here to fetch his new car so i can tumpang him back to perak..hahaha...so on sunday i went back to perak happily...fyi..nobody in my home..coz everyone in kl..my grandma house just opposite to my house..dekat sgt kan..memang every holiday i went back to my grandma house instead to my own house..so i went back happily to my grandma house.

then my new adventure begin. i have few things to do before raya. i dun have any baju raya yet. so i have to JAHIT sendiri my baju raya, i have to clean up my house coz my brother will celebrate raya in perak this year. double storey house with 4 bedrooms, 2 kitchens, 2 living halls, 2 dining halls, 2 bathrooms and 3 toilets..every morning after sahur i start sewing my baju raya.. baju kurung je..no expertise to teach me baju kebaya..:-(..at 8am i went to my house. do all clean up things. all this routine happen until thrusday. we are all 4. my brother and my "weirdo" sis will celebrate raye with my sis will celebrate with her in law family first then back here on 2nd Syawal. on thursday my "weirdo" sis called me and ask me a stupid question.."have you clean up our house?"..of course i have.. that's what i do before raya for the past 3 years ok.. nobody else will do that..everyone busy, xad cuti laa ape laaa..then she said her cuti start on saturday until tuesday..so cannot attend my cousin engagement. after a while she ask me whether my bro have called me or not. i said no. unfortunately she's breaking a bad new. my brother will celebrate raya with his in law first coz they want to attend my cousin engagement on 3rd raya. so he will back pon 2nd syawal as well. nasib baik my "weido" sis who is a doctor dpat cuti..if not..i am all alone for this raya.

so just celebrate raya at my grandma house not at my house which i have clean up for the past one week. sedih tu memang la sedih..sedih sgt..dont know why..maybe i miss my mum a lot. really miss her now. really need her now. all my siblings dh keje..left me as a student still. everyone have their own job to do everyday, their
commitment. with their own family lagi..felt so lonely. me and my "weirdo" sis not so close.

i have 5 cousins from my mother's side..from my father's side byk sgt..xcannot remember. 2 boys and 3 girls. so my eldest cousin is going to engage on 3rd syawal. he choose a kelantanese. actually i am close with him during childhood time, but since his father (my uncle) married again 10-11 years ago he kept away from us. just minding his relatives from his mother's side. for his engagement even though i was not seeing him maybe 3 years, i still put an effort to attend it coz we dun hv much relatives. however, he invites his uncle from his mother's side as well. they will reach kelantan by plane on 3rd syawal afternoon. so from our side all my siblings except my "weirdo' sis and my uncle..my grandma not feeling well, so she dont want to go. we wen to kelantan, tumpat for more specific on 3rd syawal. start our journey at 8.30am. very adventurous journey as we pass the banjaran titiwangsa. we reach tumpat at 4pm. it should take only 5-6hours to reach there. but my sis went to kedah instead of kelantan..took a wrong way..hahaha..so wait for her about 1 1/2 hours..thats why it took us nearly 8hours. so we went straight to my cousin fiance house. for a second i wonder where are the special guests who took plane to kelantan.

after all the engagement things finish we went to kota bahru.. reserve a hotel there.. all under my cousin's account..hehehehe..at night we went for dinner then my auntie said the special guests arrived here in the afternoon but since we are late they dont want to go there as my cousin cannot fetch them to go there. omigod. macam budak2. maybe they are not familiar with kelantan but we too..siap sesat lagi!. other thing is they dont want sharing same hotel with us. so they went to another hotel. nevermind. who cares.

on the wednesday mornign we go to pasar siti khadijah..wahhhh...so many things i can buy..but my money doesnt allowed.. JPA xmasuk lagik..huhuhuhuhuhu..so just following my sister shopping comforters, kain batik, kain pelekat. and even a pyjamas for her cutie baby boy..not a baby anymore, considered a toddler. she bought me a one kain pasang but i chose my self the design..hehehhe..i like..then just bought 2 pieces of tudung there, both cream colour.

my sis in law have relatives in kelantan. so on wednesday afternoon we plan to visit them. but..my auntie cannot hold any longer to shopping at bukit bunga. after perbincangan meja bulat diadakan we all agree to go straight to bukit bunga instead of going to beraya (without my sis in law knowing this)..hwhwhhw..unfortunately my bro said he already inform them that 15 of us are going there..so kind of guilty spread..my uncle decide to follow brother. maybe they will serve us a lunch..haha..coz they were infrom of our coming. the place was in tanah merah. around 1/2 hours journey by car from kota bahru. bad serving..only nescafe was served on a very sunny day. then only we know that this is the stingiest relatives of her. we hurried to bunit bunga having lunch and shopping again..my auntie who really cant wait for it didnt buy anyhting for her self. only one toy for her granddaughter..my sis for sure shopping for another comforters again. bought a caterpillar teddy for my nephew. while my other nephew bought control car for each of them. my niece bought a spongebob teddy and another teddy with long legs and hands i dunno what to name it..
